Information about the Band

Featuring; Elijah Kindon on bass and vocals, James Balcombe on drums. Lance Steele on lead guitar and Pete Keliris on guitar and vocals.

Formed in June 2009, Osmium Guillotine play a healthy mix of rock, punk and heavy metal.

OG spent their first couple of years playing the main venues around the Chelmsford area, including sets at The Golden Fleece, the Box Club, St Anne’s Castle and Barhouse. They were asked to play a gig for the Essex Hell’s Angels and were also personally selected to support touring New York band Stark on their UK tour.

The band have also had support slots including classic punk acts such as Sham 69, Splodgenessabounds and John Otway. And more recently supported ex-Iron Maiden and Wolfsbane vocalist Blaze Bayley.

The band hit the studio in April 2010 to record their debut EP, entitled “How D’ya Like Them Apples?” and have since received a good amount of radio play on local radio stations including Saint FM and Radio Seagull.

As of September 2010 the band have a new-look line-up, now with twin-lead guitarists, with Elijah and Pete both taking the helm on vocals. The band are currently writing and recording brand new material to be released in 2011.
