PRESIDENT Dawn and member Joyce were welcomed back to the group at the last meeting after their recent illnesses. The speaker was John Burrow who told members about gardening in their twilight years. He had lots of ideas, especially for those who had down-sized their gardens.
The competition, for a flower arrangement in an egg cup, was won by Marion It was reported that Gwen will be holding a coffee morning on March 16 - proceeds towards some new church pews, and that the group will be sponsoring a flower arrangment. for Walton in Bloom.
