Flower Club.
THE AGM held on January 20 was very well attended. After the business part of the evening drinks and nibbles were served by the committee and Mrs Sandra Price then gave a short demonstration of flower arranging.
The flowers were raffled as usual, along with other prizes.
The next meeting is on February 17 the demonstrator will be Mrs Brenda Eyers and the competition will be ‘Pantomime’.
Visitors are welcome, we start at 7.30pm at Frinton Community Centre.
Leisure Club.
MEMBERS were welcomed to the meeting on January 20 by Lyn Grant, who was pleases to report that all members are now back in good health.
As usual Lynn won the bus stop (amid many ‘boos’) and a friendly game of bingo was played.
New friends always welcome. We meet at the Red Cross Hall every Tuesday from 2-4pm.
