PRESIDENT Kathy Buxton opened the club’s AGM. The reports showed a successful year with a good variety of speakers, entertainment and outings.
Business concluded, Sheila Banks and Sue Rambottom ran a fun auction with members bidding for wrapped presents. There was much laughter over the contents of the parcels and over £100 was raised to help cover the expenses of the hall.
The next meeting is our Christmas party on December 4.
