OFFICERS in Colchester have been responding to an increase in crime around supermarkets in the city.
Essex Police’s B shift from the community policing team responded to rising crimes around Co-op stores with increased high-visibility patrols throughout the city.

In a statement, Essex Police said: “Essex Police remains committed to safeguarding our community.
"Remember, if you see something, say something. Report any suspicious activity to us promptly.
“Together, we can make Colchester a safer place.”
