Simon Hipkin wants you to send him to a tropical island and live a life of luxury.

The 26-year-old Clacton actor/model/dancer needs your vote to appear in a tv reality show.

The Perfect World Project attracted 5000 applicants online and has now eliminated the contestants to the final 50.

Simon is one of the lucky survivors after impressing judges with an interview and making a creative video about himself.

Now, Simon, who also works in Burtons, needs your support to be whisked away to the as yet unknown idyllic destination.

“You get ten contestants in the final show. They will live in luxury accommodation on a tropical island. They will be given challenges and the winner will receive a Black Concierge Card, a six-figure sum and three months ‘Living your Perfect World,” he said.

Simon would use his prize to “ensure my family was fine and to go travelling.”

The Essex University graduate in Creative Performance Acting has appeared in local shows, as well as working as a model. He saw the show as a way to show his potential. It was also something that sparked his interest when he was alerted to it through his own modelling website.

Simon was once accepted to appear in Coach Trip but couldn’t due to working overseas in Spain, and he has been twice turned down for Big Brother. The Perfect World Project could be his big break.

“It’s a highly competitive business. You get so many doors slammed in your face. You have to keep trying until a door opens,” said proud dad Graham.

To help drum up support the pair have produced flyers which they will give away during the Clacton Air Show, giving instructions on how to vote.
