THE Government’s Chief Whip Michael Gove and former Foreign Secretary William Hague visited Clacton as part of a major Tory to take back the town.
The two heavy hitters joined more than 30 Conservative MPs who descended on Clacton to campaign with candidate Giles Watling and claw back support from Douglas Carswell after he defected to Ukip.
